Network Kings – Course Renewal, Batch Change & Course Change Policy

1. Course Renewal Policy
Access to live class recordings expires at the end of the subscription period. Students can renew access within 90 days of expiry under the following options:
Single Module Renewal
Fee: ₹4,999 per year
Includes:
One-year access to recordings of one selected module/course.
Master Program Renewal
Fee: ₹9,999 per year
Includes:
One-year access to recordings of the complete enrolled Master Program.
Renewal Benefit for Live Master Program Students
Students who enroll in any Live Master Program will receive renewal access for recordings of any 3 courses included in their program.
Upgrade Option – All Access Pass
Students may upgrade to the All Access Pass for access to all available courses and recordings under Network Kings, as per the plan terms.
Important Note
Renewal requests will not be accepted after 90 days from the course expiry date.
2. Batch Change Policy
Students may request to shift to another live batch based on the number of classes attended.

Note: A “session” refers to a completed live class in the currently enrolled batch.
3. Course Change Policy
Students may request to switch from one course to another (Example: CCNA to DevOps, Cloud to Cybersecurity) under the following structure:

4. Additional Terms
Renewal fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Batch changes are subject to seat availability.
Course changes are subject to management approval.
Network Kings reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
