At Network Kings, we want to provide excellent training and education to our students. We value your trust and want you to be happy with our courses. However, it’s necessary to know that we have a specific refund policy because of the way our live batches and digital products work. 

There is no Refund Policy after Admission! *
Live Courses
  • The top-notch engineers and trainers teach in live batches and get paid based on the number of students enrolled. Once you sign up and pay for a course, we make arrangements and confirm the batch. Therefore, we can not offer refunds once you have confirmed your admission and purchased the course.
  • Please check the Demo sessions and the content before joining or purchasing. We confirm our batches only after admissions. Therefore, the company has no refund policy once the admittance gets verified or courses are purchased.
No refund for purchased videos! *
All access pass
  • As part of our courses, we provide digital content you can access from the first day of admission. Since digital products can’t be returned or taken back, we do not offer refunds for the All Access Pass. However, you can try it for a 3-day before deciding.
We might consider a refund if-
  • Technical Issues: If there are major technical problems or interruptions during the live batches or accessing the pre-recorded content, and you can’t fully participate in the course, we’ll look into it and may give you a refund.
  • Non-Delivery of a Course: If we fail to provide the services we promised, we will assess the situation and may give you a refund.

*Please note that if the batch dates need rescheduling due to trainer unavailability, we can make the required changes. However, if you ask for a refund instead and can’t wait for the rescheduled batch, we will keep 50% of the amount as a cancellation fee.

To process a refund, we may need your documents or any other proof.
Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of District Mohali for the adjudication of any dispute hereunder or in connection herewith.
