Script Cloud is an inclusion of EdTech services which focuses on Technological trainings, namely, Programming, Networking, Cloud, Data Analysis, Data Science and Management Trainings. The specific courses and the technologies covered can be referred to on the courses page.
FEE & PAYMENTS
The fee structures of the courses can be found on the courses page itself. Script Cloud follows a strictly digital mode of payments. The fees are inclusive of GST (Tax for Indian organizations).
The payments made by international students are inclusive of all international taxes and foreign exchange rates. The payment made and conversion rate is as per the current day’s foreign exchange rate.
All refunds are available in the Script Cloud Wallet in case of not abiding with the Script Cloud Refund Policy.
All students requesting for repetition of batches shall be eligible for repeating the consecutive batch only after full payment of the previous batch. No alternate batches can be attended. New registrations are required in order to repeat the batches inconsecutively.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any user sharing the personal information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Course Interests, etc.) agree for the organization to reach them any time, by hitting the SIGN-UP button. All users agree to the Terms & Conditions of Script Cloud.
In case of not abiding by the terms and conditions or ethical behaviour, you shall not be authorized or permitted to proceed with availing the services of Script Cloud. No refunds shall be applicable in case of any user misconduct. Script Cloud is referred to as “We”, “Us” or “Our”.
LOG IN ID USAGE
One log-in credential set if for the usage of a single unique user only. No participant can share the credentials. If found so, the services getting rendered to the said participant shall be deemed and shall hold no refund legibility.
In case of any knowledge at your end is received, the participant is expected to share the information immediately with the Help and Support team. In case the issue under your knowledge goes unreported, the same shall affect both participants involved. Any unauthorized usage of the courses and other requirements are duly diligent by the organization.
The participant is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the participant account.
CONTENT AND COURSEWARE
As a part of the user database, all participants are entitled to certain content including course content, video sessions, notes, practice material, practicals, newsletters, weekly announcements, YouTube videos and more. Any content, be it written, verbal or in a video form is a copyright of Script Cloud and shall not be reused by any participant.
We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the Content and Courseware offered to You. In the event such an amendment, revision or updation occurs, we may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Content and Courseware.
The access to free training is all as per the website products page mentions. The free training can not be claimed beyond the available courses or products. The free access is also available for a limited period of time as per the respective number of days shared via the websites.
Any specific offers received via email or any other platform is available as per the timelines specified on the offer directly. No extensions shall be granted on the same.
The terms and conditions may change from time to time. The same shall be notified through the direct updation on the website. No emails or any other alerts shall be shared by the organization for the same.

Important Points about Refund Policy:
- Refund requests will be accepted ONLY in case of any unavoidable situations at the student's end.
- Students applying for a refund have to submit an email mentioning the exact reason for withdrawal. Refund requests made through Phone or Whatsapp Chat shall not be entertained in any cases.
- The refund rules are universal even:
a) If the student joins late.
b) If the student doesn't attend even a single class after depositing the fee.
- A student dropping out and want to continue the course later needs to drop an email and 25% of the base fee needs to be paid.
- If the student enrolled for a course and pre-recorded videos are added and the batch commencement is late and the student has watched more than 2 hours of the pre-recorded ONLY 50% of the Fee would be refunded.
Note: Company can reframe the policies anytime.

This policy is designed to lay out the specific details for repeating batches for previously enrolled students into Network Kings in lieu of the services of teaching provided to the students.
This revision policy applies to the individuals who have paid their fee for a training course to Network Kings.
The students must reach out to their counsellor in case there is any trouble that they face due to which they might end up requiring a revision. If the admissions counsellor is unaware of any such request made by the students, the company may hold the student responsible for the same.
We offer an option of repeating the consecutive batch in case of doubts and queries.
The student may enrol into the Live batches only, of the consecutive concerned batch, for up to 5 topis.
With a perspective of further improvement, we urge our students to share their reasons for requesting a revision as of now.
In case of a request of rescheduling a course, 10% of the fee may be held back at the company’s discretion as rescheduling fees.
However, this policy may stand null and void in the following scenarios: If it has been over three months after completion of the concerned training batch and services availed for the batch duration + 3 months post completion of the batch, the company shall not be liable to provide any revisions. If the organization feels that the revision policy is exploited by the users and students, the company does not stand liable to abide to any revisions. The changes to this revision policy may be created without so much as a notice to the users apart from the policy being updated on the website. The company holds the authority to modify the course prices as per their discretion.
